Zeynep Özer

Zeynep Özer, a native of Ankara, Turkey, earned her MA in English and taught at the University of Connecticut before moving to Chicago. She has a particular interest in hybrid forms, lyric essays, and translation as a creative practice. Her translations of Gülten Akın’s and Enver Ali Akova’s poetry have appeared in World Poetry Review and Asymptote.
